Tavepi Madzingira
Managing Director
Tavepi worked for the University of Zimbabwe (UZ) in different capacities before leaving for UK. The highlights to his career at UZ was the management of Research Board as its Secretary, the setting up of financial and administrative system in the formation of the now Open University and the phasing out of B Tech program in Bulawayo and phasing in of now NUST, student and staff recruitment.
Tavepi is a 1988 Business Studies Honors graduate from UZ, an MBA from the same institution and an MSc Consultancy and Accounting from Reading University (UK).
Tavepi has lived and worked in the UK as an Accountant. The UK experience is of important value to the Team as we get cross fertilization of local and international standards.
Tavepi picked up an interest in Real Estate from managing investment portifos in volatile and stable currency markets and has invested in the same over a long period.
Sheilla Mundondo
Managing Consultant
Sheilla holds a BSc (Honors) degree in Rural and Urban Planning from the University of Zimbabwe and a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Infrastructure from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden. She holds several post degree certificates in Integrated development, Environmental Impact Assessment, Geographic Information Systems and Conflict Resolution.
Sheilla has a wealth of experience in real estate investments and development, having worked for the Department of Physical Planning in the Ministry of Local Government, Public Works and National Housing in various capacities from Town Planning Officer to Provincial Planning Officer. She acquired understanding in local government systems and procedures.
She has also worked in different capacities in various estate agents companies including Sparkles Properties where she worked as Sales and Letting Manager, and Kennan Properties where she worked as a property consultant.
Sheilla has worked for a land development company as a Town Planning and Sales Executive and understands the whole development process from land acquisition through to selling a completed housing unit.
